Nadege Tan is an adult nurse practitioner who is devoted to helping patients overcome the challenges of chronic and complex wounds. She founded Nyota Advanced Wound Care with the vision of creating a supportive, patient-centered practice where advanced wound therapies and compassionate care come together.
Her expertise includes evidence-based wound therapies, and individualized treatment planning. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, developing care strategies that promote healing, prevent complications, and support long-term health.
Collaboration is central to Nadege’s practice. She works closely with patients, families, and care teams to build trust, ensure continuity, and achieve the best possible outcomes. Known for her professionalism and approachable manner, she is dedicated to empowering patients through education and ongoing support, encouraging them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

What is your approach to care?
Our approach balances clinical excellence with compassion, focusing on patient-centered care to ensure comfort and trust. We bring your clinical support team together to ensure you have success in healing your wounds. The clinical team will include some or all of the following providers: Vascular Surgeon, PCP, VNA Agency, Home Health Aid, Family Support, endocrinology, cardiology, physical therapist, and/or podiatry.
We Accept Medicare Plans only.
Commercial plans like Managed Care Plans, BCBS, HPHC, United, etc. will be out of network. Please call your insurance to find out if you may have any out of network cost for our services.
What payment methods do you accept?
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located outside of Boston in Braintree, MA. We also provide HOME VISITs for patients who are unable to come to our clinic.
